I’m a writer, advisor, executive coach, and speaker specializing in leadership, employee engagement, and inclusion. I serve as the Senior Vice President of People at Swing Education and as the Senior Fellow for Inclusive Leadership at the Center for American Progress. I led the diversity and HR initiatives for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign as the first ever in United States history Chief Diversity and Human Resources Officer for any presidential campaign for either political party. Over the past 20 years, I have driven organizational change and built inclusive environments.

I'm the proud dad of three incredible daughters and the blessed husband to my college sweetheart.
